I’ll try that and see cause I don’t know why it takes so long I’m not longer in removal proceedings and my I130 is ready approved but I’m waiting my I485 for more than 02 years

@AchAay AchAay in some cases when you have been in removal proceedings and have grounds of inadmissibility in the US or an entry issue, your i485 cannot be approved without a 601 waiver. you need to speak to an immigration attorney to find out if that’s the case for you. which state are you based in?

@n zay oh no I’m not longer in removal proceedings it was dismissed 2years ago I’m just waiting to transfer my I485 to uscis and get an interview or an rfe for update
