Agent told my that my case has been transferred to NBC from FO
I know my case has been in the LA office since March, today I asked an agent and he told me that my case is at the NBC and was never at the LA. I asked another agent afterwards and they told me that my case is at the LA office. I don’t know what this means or where my case is. I know when a decision is taken the case goes from the FO to the NBC, but there’s no decision on my case yet.

@P OP Hi, that sounds very frustrating. I have not asked if mine has been moved. Mine has always shown NBC. My lawyer told me that many of them only stay at NBC. I am thinking I should ask if mine has been moved.

@Kingsley B lately with the backlog cases have been staying at the NBC, so maybe yours didn’t move to the FO.. I think the FO makes the process longer.

@P OP I hope so. I would like to get a work permit and travel document. I think I am at day 203. I hope 🤞 they approve you soon.
