I think once you can prove legitimacy you're good. my husband is over 15yrs older than I am ..but we have 2 children.

my husband is 11 years older and we also have 2 kids. I think it depends. If ot looks like a 20 year old trying to get a green card from a 50 year old you might have to provide extra proof that it’s legitimate.

@estrella lopez Most officers will look closely at age if bonafide is too weak or medium maybe. Also if there are other red flags then age can be looked into, like couples who come from very different backgrounds, different languages, high fraud countries etc. Having a strong and true marriage is what’s important. You are free to marry who you chose. What’s important is can you prove the legitimacy of your marriage, is it bonafide and solid.
