I sent my i485 application along with the medical exams. My lawyer told me that the medical exams are now valid for 3 years

@Al Rodri they are valid for 2 years, i read on uscis website. And from my understanding, they removed 60 day rule but nobody can't confirm that

they ask me agin medical

@Al Rodri I sent a long time ago in 2020 with my ex, without medical but now lawyer said we just need to wait for case to be transferred

@Mrkvica M. yeah! I 693 we didn’t answer it at that time because we didn’t have enough Time just for vawa

@bobby patel why did the ask for your medical again? did it expire

@Mrkvica M. they ask medical and schedule me for interview when I was with my ex then we separate right after! the lawyer ask to reschedule the interview and we never answer medical I693, we didn’t have enough time only one month to collect evidence and our main focus was I360? so she said that I693 is not valid anymore now after vawa approval we need to wait for them to answer us with another medical ? I am just suprise that all what we can can do is wait lol I was thinking with I360 approval we will wake them up lol and ask to move I485

@idk 🙂 🥱 @Mrkvica M. fist time I send all togather with my all form at 8/7/21 then vawa aproved 10/5/23 get rfe for 485 medical at 1/2/24 they recived 2/3/24 then 2/16/24 they aproved 485 and green card in hand 3/2/24
