After USCIS approved i130
what are the document that we need to submit to NVC after USCIS approves i130. for spouse abroad?
my case got approved today I wanted to know ahead so that i make documents ready..

pay the fee.then finished ds-260. therefore you will see what you have to submit.. It's different base on the case types!!

police clearance, marriage certificate, birth certificate, 3 years tax transcript,any divorce decree, proof of citizenship

The link above was very helpful in finding what documents I needed according to what country my spouse was in. Just pick your country and then it gives you a list of what you need and where you can obtain it.

if your spouse abroad then what interview you talking about?the process is I-130 then NVC step then NVC will schedule interview for your spouse at local Council office.

we both live in the USA we never travel out we filed everything here in the USA while my visa was expired... I just wanna if my i130 is approved w/o an interview .. I am in removal proceeding and my court is terminated.. so is it approved (i130)?
