After three requests of services?
it's been more than 4 months after they received my medical report.. and still nothing.
I called uscis and they told me that I need 3 requests of services before rising the request to a higher level.. does anyone know what's the higher level ? and what they can do?

same here its 6 months i sent my rfe and i already submit 2 service request still nothing happens

higher level means talking to a tier 2 officer i.e uscis immigration officers. They can answer specific question about your application

when you call, just say info pass. takes you to a tier 2 officer and you can ask you wanna confirm if your medical was received.

maybe also put in ask to put in an expedite request when you speak with the officer

same here - sent medical report in Aug.It shows received on Aug 8, been waiting since then !
