After PIP is approved
Hello all!
Question, does anyone knows what form/s do you need to file after PIP gets approved, and you are clear to file I-485? have y’all heard about form I-864? does this form needs to be file along with I-485?

@Stephanie P Hernandez Today I heard that the pip is on hold by the courts. I would suggest you ask your lawyer if you have one what the next step is based on the court’s decision. However, the I 864 is an affidavit of support that the petitioner has to demonstrate that they make enough money to support you so you don’t become a public charge. If he doesn’t make enough then a joint sponsor is needed. Good luck going forward.
