@bugu5420 Robinson my lawyer sent everything but my birth certificate is hard to see everything on it because my abuser pour oil on important docs.

@pal Pal even that is ok. if there’s anything that can identify you, Uscis will use it. if that’s what’s requested, just write to them and let them know. if you can access what they require, just write to them and let them know. I’m still waiting to see if they send me rfes for mine. I didn’t submit proof of my wife status because I didn’t have access to it but she did submit it during my paperwork before she cancelled it but they might just find it there.

it’s not always that you didn’t convince them of abuse. they were fine with everything I gave them proving the abuse. they asked for more evidence of bonafide marriage because we didn’t have much together. thought we had time. I just sent them another statement from myself, my father and cousin as well as renters insurance policy declaration page, lease, and Internet bill. also statements from 2 of his brothers

@Sandy Migrated yeah I don’t feel like my lawyer had enough experience for Vawa when she filed the application for me. I’m just hoping that I can get what they need because me and my abuser really didn’t have anything together yet.
