After many fights, finally my green card is approved
USCIS made many mistakes in my green card case but finally I have the good news today. I had to open a service request specifically pointing the inconsistencies in my case then I asked for help from a US senator. USCIS solved everything in 3 weeks after I asked help from the senator. I wish all the best to my immigrant friends here!

@kojo Kojo USCIS made many mistakes and this was one of those many mistakes. We were going to start a lawsuit at that point.
