it just means that the passport will delay a little bit more than it should have, because of the technical issue. maybe their printer is not printing out well enough

@mitch bro i saw the visa it's print good also, but i don't know 2 weeks is gone that i no got no update, 3 October they received my passport back and my case updated 3 October but still no update in ceac,
