After i130 approval.
hi family. I was hoping to get help. my I130 has been approved a month ago, and I was sent an rfe for my medicals. after I sent in the request, my i485 had been radio silence. I was hoping is it's advisable to upload my i130 approval notice on my online portal under the unsolicited evidence tab. Please anyone has an experience with that. I would gladly be grateful. thank you.

There is no need to upload the i-130. USCIS has it and knows it's approved!

it can take a month or two after the RFE to be approved. I’m sure it’s close. @Ata Asare

@Ata Asare call USCIS early morning on Monday 8 am Sharp. ask them you have uploaded your medicals and now waiting response for more than 30 days. tell them your website says you will get response within 30 days of submission and as of now no one contacted and this delay is causing hardships to you and your family.
