After I have received combo card (C09) for 5 years, is visa stamping required for H1B if I travel out of US?
3 weeks ago I have received combo card (C09) for 5 years and I was on H1B status till then. I am planning to travel out of US in this summer.
Is visa stamping required for H1B if I travel out of US?

You would need advance parole to travel if you don't want to rely on your H1B. If you leave without advance parole than yes you will require visa stamping for H1B

if it is combo forget about your H1B visa or any other visa it doesn’t matter at all you are almost a green holder can have so many benefits u need not to stick for one employer you can do lot of jobs
