@M N Congratulations 🎉 again! i don’t see in the timeline the RFE you mentioned in the other post. I received Medical I693 RFE in the mail 2 weeks ago, but the application and status on USCIS website still at fingerprints. I mailed and USCIS received my documents last week but no update to my status still at fingerprints. When will they update my status that RFE was received? please and thank you!

how long does it takes to update after interview?

mine is 1 month already without update after interview. even the officer told that our case was approved. hope they update soon

@jk pap, @jy the RFE was never updated, my lawyer said that might be bc came from a field office (mine is NBC). But my RFE was in regards to my medical I693, and it was approved 10 days later. No interview, and I got the permanent green card bc I’m married for almost 3 years.

I'm married for 5yrs I just did my interview and that very day was my birthday and she said go and celebrate 🍾 happy birthday

congratulations 🎊🍾. Did you get any other update of the case status site after case as been approved. like(new card been processed or something). Because I got an update last week saying I-485 has been approved but it’s been quiet since then. I’m im getting a lil anxious 😅

@j y I sent prof of address together, like electricity bill, gas bill, credit cards, also car insurance with both names, statements of joint bank account, all the basic documents, I was told by my lawyer to send my business tax returns from the 3 last years prior the application, we also sent my wife’s taxes return, a lot of pictures, I sent copy of my visa to enter the US as well all the paperwork on approval of past changing status. i honestly can say what made them waive the interview, I’m here since 2006 and have paid taxes regularly and I have a business since 2014. we applied for the green card after almost 2 years from getting married, and that’s why I got the permanent green card.

did you get any update, letter or you just got the card in your mail?
