After EB-2 NIW RFE from Nebraska Officer 0214 (my case has been approved!)
Hi everyone, I wanted to thank everyone for all the support. I got RFE from one of the most challenging and notorious officers of Nebraska Visa Center for my EB-2 NIW. Some of the lawyers told me that this officer’s approval rate was around 20% and my case is less likely to be approved. I am grateful for this community and support. Thank you, yes they asked me to provide further evidence on prong 1 and 3. I satisfied prong 2. Basically they were asking more info on national importance/substantial merit and labor certification part. I prepared a good response and submitted four more support letters.

case was approved and my I-485 is still pending. I submitted my medicals and I filed concurrently though.

@Seb P Congrats!! Did they are clear in terms of what they need from you? I got an RFE requesting a new G28 Form. I am still waiting for them to make a decision (57 days waiting)

Hi Ben, sure thing. I got the RFE on March 22nd and I responded to the RFE on August 17th. They gave extra 60 days for COVID for RFE response and they approved my case within three weeks (September 8th).

Hi Seb, I got the prong1 and prong3 RFE too. They approved my prong2.
In RFE, they are telling me that my prong1 is too broad; i need to be make it more specific. Did you add new recommendation letters for RFE? And also do we need to add prong-2 documents again during our response to RFE eb2 niw..
