After almost 2 years!
Our interview was scheduled in Portland instead of Seattle but made it worth the trip with an approval. The officer didn't ask much and only accepted a few pictures and recent tax returns. Told us we were approved on the spot and to expect a card in the mail!

@sam pan, I am doing well man! Still don't have the interview scheduled yet for me. I live in downtown Seattle which assigns a different timeline apparently as opposed to folks south of Seattle.
