well yes I have filed a new i 130, and I’m not in the process of asking for my i485 to be transferred from the i130 to the i485

@bugu5420 Robinson sorry this is really important for me since I’ll talk to an attorney tomorrow to get marry and file. what you mean is can you transfer for your pending 485 based on 360 to new 130 based on your spouse? Is that possible? @bugu5420 Robinson

I know it’s possible if you have pending I130 and based on that if you have pending 485 you can request to attach it to VaWa 360 and keep 485 alive. but I didn’t know you can also do that for the new marriage from 360 based 485 to new 130

@Launica one I did not say I lied on my case. what this means is if we all had the chance to file i130 we would not be here fighting for vawa. i130 is straight forward vawa is too complicated and the officers always have doubt

I filed August 8th 2022, it’s already over 3yrs and 6months, I think it’s better to wait for the outcome. Embarking on new marriage isn’t the best option for me bcos I’m not totally healed from the abuse I suffered from my wife. Even, if my applications are denied, I might just return to Nigeria. The stress man passes through in the hand of wife in this country is extremely cruelty. I can’t survive another abusive/frustration again

well for me is, to each his own. every case is different and i know that my case wasn’t the strongest, so instead of waiting for a denial I’m canceling it out and file something more appealing on paper. for those who really wants advice or help in regards to what I’m doing and how I’m getting it done, I’m willing to help and point you in that direction because believe it or not we’re all in the same situation and each one help one. my email address is bugu5420@hotmail.com

@GOD HAVE MERCY i know what you mean lucky for me i found someone who is very submissive and supportive in every aspect. my previous marriage was a disaster. i even got hit in my face and my clothes thrown outside, from someone from my own country, treat me like garbage because someone did that to her in the past.
