@W J Today my I-765 application was updated to “Case was updated to show fingerprints were Taken” after close to 9 months. I am a EB-1A applicant filed concurrently without the medicals on August 15th 2022 and my I-140 was approved in 01 September 2022. no movement after that, case is till @ Texas and no approvals till now. my I-131 was applied to the same fingerprints on Jan 25th 2023.

@S SS I’m also SRC22291 and had the exact same update on the I-131 on exactly the same date as you. But my I-765 it still sitting at Fees Were Waived, no updates today

@C P Thanks for sharing. EAD can be approved from Fees were waived status. My case is still @ Texas. I want it to be transferred soon.

@S SS we had the same issue file concurrently.. snice august 2022. today date of birth was updated.. oh Lord when.
