after 225 days of filling of i-130 I got a notification in. a lawfully apps said case is being actively reviewed by USCIS can you explain what is that means
case is being actively reviewed by USCIS . after receiving your application USCIS is now processing it. nothing is required from your side at this point .since the processing time varies depending on visa types how long this message will stay could differ. can you please explain to me what that means do you think they will issue a ref or not ##

Most times, when it’s a 2nd active review, decision follows shortly. Since it’s your first actively reviewed in 225, I think a decision will follow

I had submission then actively reviewed for 1,5 months and then I was scheduled for an interview

my case is 1st actively review for 9 days, then 2nd actively review 1 day., On the 10th day, both 130 and 485 are approved

@onelove In my opinion actively review is holding place in the first place our document is someone in a desk so no need to worry about that you need to wait for the second active review after that they will work on our case
