Good morning No the i130 is just to prove that your qualify to file for your brother. If am not mistaken I think the processing time for siblings is 7-10 years.

@july2022 june2023. I’m still waiting for both approvals. My I-130 PD is January 27th and it’s in Nebraska. My I-485 PD is Feb 9th and it’s in NBC. They’re both are still pending. I’m praying every day to come my approvals as soon as possible
