I submitted my AOS application last week I was just wondering if I submitted enough evidence for my affidavit of support. the documents I included were last 3 years of tax transcripts, 6 months of paystubs and a verification of employement letter. will I get an rfe because I didn’t submit w2s?

no your documents should be sufficient and you have faith it will be fine

@Karol k You have to submit w2 also otherwise you will get rfe.

@Karol k One of my cousin didn’t submitted the w2 but she got rfe for w2.

I thought the only time you need to send w2 is when you’re sending tax returns and not transcripts, hopefully I don’t get an rfe

@Karol k I sent transcripts. No stubs or employment letter and got RFE for the W2's.

when we filed the application, the lawyer explicitly request our w2 and 1099 forms. he submit our joint texes for 2022, letter from employer, paystubs and w2 and 1099.
As soon as you create your uscis account just upload the w2 forms.

@Karol k She submit tax return. but just submit your w2 if you have so, you won’t get delay on your case.

@Karol k I submitted all 3 yrs. Since then my status says nothing is outstanding.
