you will need -W2 last 3 years -1099 last 3 years -1040 tax returns last 3 years - paychecks last 6 months(some people just send last 1 month idk) - letter from employer with your current salary, with signature and phone number from your employer - wouldn't hurt to throw in a recent bank statement to show ur financial situation(optional) you can type that in the i-864 form too. Keep an eye on the 1040 form to check ✔️ "married filing separately" or joint filing for ur last year's 1040 if u got married last year, keep an eye on those small things. you can amend the form if you forgot to check that box.
