Affidavit of Support
Hello everyone!
I just got approve and I am yet to received the welcome email by NVC. However, in the mean time I am gathering all the documents I need to submit when the time comes. But I am a bit confuse with the affidavit of support. So, about a year ago I brought my son to the United States and I am not sure why, the affidavit of support was exempt, meaning I did not pay the $120 nor fill out the form. So I was wondering if the same will happen for my husband or I did not pay it because my son was/still underage and qualifies for US citizenship? Or...?

@jelaini lantigua You will have to pay it for your husband because he will not be a US citizen upon entering the US. Your son was exempted because he will be a US citizen

I don’t think there is a fee for the affidavit of support . AOS , yes.. every other form, yes. but I-134 no fee.
