why did you receive NOID? for reasons stated in your post?

The NOID has nothing to do with the question I asked

@survivor p most times you lack empathy on how you respond to questions , I have observed your write up’s several times,do better or simply keep quiet if you can’t be kind.

@F A so I would recommend you to leave it. if you will have interview then 100% you have to say that was a mistake. That’s not a legal advice

@survivor p @Bakhtiyor M I don’t know if I will be invited for interview. Seeing how uscis has become these days with little mistakes, that’s why I’m thinking of stating it in my statement. From the NOId I received, it didn’t say anything about these questions but who knows with what we are hearing these days

@F A I still think it’s better not to say at this level. if they sent you NOID you will give them extra reason. I would suggest answer for NOID and wait

you probably will be invited for an interview. If you ever did violate your nonimmigrant status, uscis knows about it. especially in this day and age of electronic records. And you checked No. ISO will want to hear your explanation. probably. you would benefit from qualified legal advice.
