ADVISE and FEEDBACK
my wife has an pending battery case , and Uscis schedule us for her interview . any body have that issue before .we took a lawyer for the battery , but the court date for the battery is after the one for Uscis.
any advise ? any experience. ?

go to your interview. and if asked, definitely mention it. the question will certainly come up. be truthful

If they ask tell them yes she got arrested but charges are pending most likely they will give you another interview date and its gonna be after pending battery case thoo
