I need help with these questions on the form. I came in on B1/B2 and changed status to R1, my 360 was approved and my Green card application is pending approval. my advance parole expires in July.

Have you ever been issued reentry permit of a refugee travel document????

let’s go one by one! class of admission - go online and your I-94 to see your last admission. if you never had travel authorization you should check advance parole option
