Hello, receltly i noticed that on my i130 petition for spouse of USC there is a mistake in the part of Petitioners Marriage Date, the date is wrong,i know i can send USCIS a message with the rigth date, but i am afraid the denied my petition for this error because since a minth ago is under 1st review. please i need some advice.

Call them and let them know, they can fix over phone with a service request. This won't affect anything the worst that would happen is an RFE and this could also be corrected at your consular interview.
