advice
hello all, I have a pending asylum without interview. I have a company willing to sponsor EB3 skilled. Are there anyone who has had this experience in the past?

Hire a lawyer for legal advice. Unless you are in legal status but if you are not, the filing of asylum renders your sponsorship by that company void due to the lack of status or pending asylum status. But if you are in status then it is a game changer.

@Anton Br as far as i have heard that for asylum they have to go for consulate because uscus rejects their 485

@Helina Bhattarai I was in this situation and my i485 got denied, my lawyer pretends to be one of the good lawyers in Chicago area, but they turned out to be one of the most clueless, incompetent individuals... with a better lawyer you might have a different outcome. The denial says that pending asylum is NOT a legal status in the US and therefore I've accumulated an unlawful presence longer that 180 days...
