We are currently pending an I130 approval and I485 the I130 has been pending for more than a year now and same for 485 recently the status went from (2 months) to (5 Weeks) do you guys think is going to be a straight approval or a RFE what’s coming up in 5 weeks

nothing. those are not accurate . you might get approval tomorrow or in 5 months . no one knows . even uscis
