Theoretically speaking, for a marriage-based green card with no crimes, prior immigration issues, or overstay, if I travel with Advance Parole and my green card application gets denied while I’m outside the U.S., what would happen at the border? Would they allow me to enter and reopen my I-485 application, or would they send me back on a flight?

be informed that if your Green Card is denied, your advance Parole & EAD have been cancelled already bcos the AP is issued based on pending I-485
