advanced parole
hey family:
my advanced parole was approved owning approval of my i485, my wife is a USA citizen and she is afraid if I travel I may not be allowed back. I guess my question here is has anyone used advanced parole to enter and exit and what’s your experience

I know of Baltimore and Texas you can use it for traveling

You can use it to travel if you have to. If the traveling is not that very important, pls stay

yes you can travel!!!! I travel for 4 days out the country and came back and cleared us customs in the United States ! here’s what they do they take you AP and passport and stamp in it Advance parole and the same experation dates that’s on the card they will stamp it in your passport! I wasn’t even questioned simple hi and bye

I use an advance parole to back to my home country 2 months ago, it was limited for remain only 1 month there. I came back with no issues, they just check the document and a couple questions in customers and let me in into US, just take in mind you have to show a negative covid test in the airport when you’ll travel back.
