what’s ur field office and priority date? Ap but you have to expedite it

my I485 is here at the Denver Co Office, I submitted everything September 3 2021, and last month my i130 got approved, and the. they sent a RFE for my 485 which was my medical examination and I sent that in 2 days after getting my RFE, still no update.

wow thats crazy they dint approve your AP i had daca to and they approved my i-131 and i-765 i finished my interview yesterday

I didn’t file an AP yet. I was wondering if I should wait for my i485 to get approved or just file for AP.

how long after you applied for AP did they approve it?

@aide i would file for AP that way you dont have to worry about the i-485 while you wait

@my time is coming, would that effect my i485 process? since it’s already under review

@aide i applied in july of 2021 and it got approved in march but one day after my i-765 my i-131 got approved

is there a fee for the AP?

@aide i googled and it said that its $575 so how much was the i-765 is $410 this is so confusing but if you have to go to mexico in july i would apply for the i-131 now because you dont know how long your i-485 will take

@my time you don’t have to pay for the Ap since she paid for the i485 package already. you only pay for the Ap when say you didn’t apply for i485 and maybe you just on daca and want to travel.

yes I submitted i485, i130 (approved) and i765

then just submit ur Ap application with a copy of ur i485 receipt. it’s free

@giftency the outcome was good they only ask the petitioner questions and i got asked the yes or no questions and it lasted like 10 minutes .and it still says interview was scheduled but i talk to the agent today and he said it looks like they are getting ready to mail me a welcome letter but ill belive it when i see it in my mailbox and they asked my husband how we met ,when did we move in with each other,and how long after meeting when did we start to date

@giftency well ill be happy once i see it in my mail box and yea they always ask the Beneficiary the yes or no questions and yea she just asked a few because me and my husband have 2 kids together that are ours .

@giftency yea take them the officer will know for sure that your marriage is bona fide even though we submitted their birth certificates with the forms i still took them with us

it will take about 4 months plus because that’s a whole new application
