I’m June 22 , and I’m still waiting for EAD and AP.

I Filed June 2021. I called the field office this morning I was told that based on what she is seeing in the system It can take up to 12 months for me to receive my work permit. I did my interview in November 2021 and they also said that it can take me up to 21.5 months to get a decision.... approximately 2 years. I am so exhausted

yes they recently changed the processing times to 12 months, I already have filed 2 inquiry because it was outside normal processing times and now they told me is between normal

yes, by God’s grace on Jan 11 I got my EAD n AP approved. PD - June 24

@Ale DT: is your AP pending at NBC? i have seen some posts of Approval from june as well as July too. waiting time is longer at LIN though.

PD june 17, biometric Aug 10, no update since then, not even interview for I-485. wth is going on while people in July getting approved

worst part is I did it through lawyer so everything would go smoothly but even then it's taking this long I feel like I wasted money I could've done it all myself. Lawyer can't do shit here and tells me to wait

Yes I filed on June 7th and took my biometrics for the AP (filed separe) on August 12 and it has been actively review since that day
