Advance Parole replacement fee
My advance parole was produced but I never received it. After chasing USCIS and USPS it seems as though USPS lost it. I want to apply for a replacement document and USCIS notes that if you want a replacement because it was lost due to USCIS or USPS error then the paper filing fee is $0. So should I just send in my documents without any form of payment (without form G-1450 which is what I used yo make CC payment the first time i applied) or do I need to note somehwere in my application that there is no filing fee?

No. I submitted a new application for replacement without any form of payment and they responded that it was rejected due to not having the correct fee. In the end I never got my advance parole or a replacement and was not able to travel.
