advance parole
good morning.i got a pending vawa since 2022 ,i already got my EAD .i applied for my travel document almost 2 months ago.
i haven’t received the receipt yet.can i send an expedite request for the advance parole without the receipt?

I would recommend calling USCIS and say you never got a receipt notice. Same thing happened to us, and we thought they lost it. Over the phone they looked into it, found it and gave us the receipt number. From there you can then submit and expedite request with that information

@Katelyn Gingrich I have similar situation but for I-765 but when I call their phone, agent say they can’t give any information because it’s VAWA related case. what number do you call?

@Katelyn Gingrich what number did you call because I know they usually don’t give out vawa info. they would ask you to write to Vermont instead

I just called the standard uscis number and asked to speak with an agent after going through Emma
