advance parole
Has anyone been approved for an I-131 Advance Parole under VAWA while still having a previously issued Advance Parole from a prior marriage-based case that was later withdrawn?
If so, did you have to return the old Advance Parole document, or did USCIS simply approve and issue a new one under the VAWA case?

why did you withdraw? and yes you have to return or if you dont return it will no longer be legit anyways
uscis wont issue new one unless you send them advance parole form along with new 485

@tired from waitingg he didn’t say he withdrew the marriage case. he said IT was withdrawn. probably by his spouse. who knows????
@King C you don’t have to return it. it just becomes invalid. and you would still be issued a new one under VAWA if you applied for it with a pending 485.

@victoria B thanks I just want to know if anyone is in a similar situation. I saw someone posted their 132 got denied due to still having the invalid one from the previous withdrawn application.
