Curious to know if anyone who has their i131 case at NBC and applied around Jan 2023 has been approved? Or anyone with a IOE9190- receipt..
I’m outside of processing times, no response from inquiries or expedite requests, curious to know others experience.

@juanger Figueroa same here 😫back in august mine said “2 weeks til decision” it’s soo inaccurate

may 19, 2023 has been taking longer than expected for 2 months. no movement at all… receipt has been sent for almost 7 months.

NBC. March 2023 with this numbers. Absolutely nothing. Still “case was received blah blah”. I’m sure they gave up on this case for some reason.
