@aj m you have to address the removal order first and then you can apply for AP and eventually GC i suggest you get a lawyer for this.

@aj m if I were you I would not even consider traveling anywhere before a green card is issued. Don't complicate things for yourself. Do what the others suggested and get the removal proceedings canceled. You're lucky they didn't approve it. Were you actually thinking of traveling?
