Advance Parole
Hello everyone,
I wanna know if someone used their Advanced Parole/Travel documents to leave and enter the US base on SIJS. And whats the current processing time for i485 in national benefits center. thanks i hope everyone gets it soon.

@Aml aml my lawyer applied for it and it got approved. came with my work authorization like a combo card

@Kami h please can you give me the contact of you lawyer it will help me a lot. Did you file the I-485 too.

@Kami h yes he already apply i485 based on that pending he get combo card. SIJS cannot apply for AP if they doesn’t file I-485 yet

6 trips outside the country in one year, and no problem at all. just plan your layovers with enough time because sometimes it takes 40min -1hour to process in customs
