I’m SIJS, with prior date on 2 June 2022, when i filled all my forms i sent I-131 (Juvenil visa), I-765 (EAD) and I-485 (GC), they received everything but unfortunately the bulletin visa change, but when my EAD was approved, was under: “green card pending”, so after one year i asked my lawyer if Im eligible for a Advance parole, she told me “yes”, so i did it, and after one year is approved, ill go to my country probably next month or september, i let you know everything after my trip

so u are a SIJS with prior date 2 june 2022 and you have a C09 EAD? How is that possible?

solo la aprobaron ?
enviaste un reclamo o algo para que vieran tu caso ya q a pasado mucho tiempo y no habias sido aprobado ,. ?
✅️ aqui abemos muchas personas visa juvenil y tenemos más de 1 año de aver enviado los exámenes médicos con el formulario completo de que solo acepten y a pasado mucho tiempo y aun no a sido aceptado ,. 🥲 yo quiero decirle a la abogada que mande como un request reclamo se llama , que usis revise mi casa para cuando salga la visa bulletin y salga mi fecha lo tomen en cuenta ,.
