Advance Parole approved but card not received
Hi,
anyone facing similar issue. for my kids AP is approved since last three months but card is not recieved.
how can I escalate this.
my lawyer tells me to send message via my account but I don’t see that feature to reach out to USCIS.
any thoughts or experiences?

if its not combo card you would receive advance parole document not a card

you might receive combo card and your kids might get ead+ap document.

EAD is already approved n cards are here, it’s just AP pending which you are right is a doc n not a card these days…most likely as they are trying to expedite that’s why

painful process got mine after 3.5 months post approval and couple of service requests and congressman recommendations

@PDeep D around 9 months for me as I got combo card, for wife 13 months

@B B I already put two service requests , I am surprised as I thought the service requests should have different priority lane

i always keep an eye on my USPS informed delivery so i know what is in transit/due delivery.

I would recommend not to put up any further service requests and see if they respond to latest requests in 30-45 days
