do u have a Humanitarian Advance parole ??

i am outside of USA and my brother has filed petition of Humanitarian Advance parole document. my case was recieved on 3 november 2021. how much i have to sure about the approval and WHEN ??

why ur first expedite request refused ? how u did expedited first ? i have also sent request for expedite through congressman 15 days ago but still no update from USCIS and we are going to expedite direct to USCIS

very simple my brother, call the immigration number and as soon as the automatic voicemail asks what can we do for you you say "infopass" and directly an officer will take you on the phone and you tell him about your emergency and we will give you the formula to follow to have a very close interview date

I am in the United States and have to attend the son operation which takes place in Spain on March 28

For those who got the emmergency advance parole, is it valid for one trip only or has an expiration date?
