Me too. I desperately want to travel but I am shit scared. I have no criminal records but I have overstayed by 3.5 years and I’m from the UK. I have a pending vawa and green card application. I want know about any JFK experiences too.

@Stronger Now i travelled 2 weeks ago at JFK. no questions asked. i overstayed on my visa too and applied for vawa. i know its scary with all news going on, but just listen to the people who have the experience and do not expose yourself with fear mongering on internet. i suggest if youre unsure about your immigration status, try to get your full record on FOIA. its absolutely safe to inquire about your immigration background/history
