advance parole
Just wanted to share my experience traveling with Advance Parole. ✈️🇺🇸
I traveled on June 1st and just returned to the U.S. through Boston Logan Airport. Everything went well! 🙏🏽
I was sent to secondary inspection, but they didn’t ask me a single question. They only took my fingerprints. I was there for about 30 minutes, but honestly, it was just because there were a lot of people waiting.
I’ve traveled with Advance Parole about 7-8 times, and thankfully, I’ve never had any problems or been questioned when coming back into the U.S.
⚠️ Please keep in mind that on August 13, 2026, the Board of Immigration Appeals issued a new decision called Matter of Delcarmen-Lara that may affect certain people traveling with Advance Parole. Please do your own research and speak with an immigration attorney about your specific case before deciding to travel.
Because of this recent change, I’ve personally decided that this was my last trip using Advance Parole. I’m not willing to take any additional risks, so I’ll be waiting until I have my green card before traveling internationally again.
I’m only sharing my personal experience coming back through Boston. Everyone’s immigration case is different, so please make sure you understand how the new decision could affect your individual situation before traveling. ❤️🙏🏽

Bienvenida! yo salí el 3 de agosto y llegué el 17 por el JFK. había usado siempre
mi advance pararole y me hacían preguntas rápidas y me debajan pasar, esta vez me tocó el Ocroooo más malo de CPB en New York . me hizo muchas preguntas, me dijo tu viniste con visa y te quedaste, y me hizo muchas preguntas sobre vawa , yo siempre tengo pruebas y copias . y después me mandó a. tomar las huellas y. me dejó pasar. espérare mi Green card soy abril 2023. sino enviaré un Mandamus! porque no quiero volver a ver ese agente en mi vida!

pero salieron antes de la nueva ley por que empezó el 13 creo q si salimos ahora corremos peligro de el castigo o ya no nos dejen entrar

@iris p no todavía pero hoy me llegó un msj donde dice que ellos me enviaron un notice de me I-485 pero nose que pueda ser ya que todavía no me an probado
