My son who is 16 years old came Yesterday from Kenya for an educational trip after 20 days and he smoothly entered. He was jus taken for the screening, checked his parole, background check and then release after finger print and photo.

And yes, we are among that 75 countries list. So no worries, make sure your record is super clean.

@Mr x Is your PD current now? If so, I wouldn’t travel. If not, you won’t have any problems upon entry.

i don’t think that’d be an issue as long as u have clean background. entered with AP back in 2025 August while GC was in pending with current visa bulletin and interview was also done, hadn’t had any issue. just have to through the secondary inspection where they probably just verify your Advance Parole.

@Mr x When is your PD? I wouldn’t risk it. It’s better to wait, your GC should come out soon.

@Mr x Did you get any RFE? Where is your Field Office?

@Mr x if your pd is current please don’t take any risk.. i recommend to you stay usa and wait for few month’s.. you will get your green card very soon!

@Mr x I traveled in December when my PD was current. No problems but the secondary inspection took a long time 2h40min. Just expect more time! I missed my connecting flight
