Advance Parole
Hello guys, I have my advanced parole which will expire soon and my I-485 is still pending.
Is there a way for me to renew my advance parole document if my I-485 had not been approved before the expiration ?
If yes, how will I do that please?

if no lawyer, reapply using form I-131 and indicate on it that it's not your first advance parole but a renewal.

Okay. thanks. I don't have lawyer. Please when is the best time to do so?
I mean can I do so after the expiration date or like 2 months before the expiration date?

Hello @ M J and Im m, please can I apply for Advance Parole renewal ONLY without sending it with work authorization renewal?
Someone said I will not send parole renewal only.
Since you guys has done it before, based on your experience, is he right?
