adopted kids
I am waiting for my green card. my husband has adopted my biological children. we want them to come to the USA to visit us. how can we go about this. are they supposed to apply for a visa?
please help. I miss my kids they ate 14 and 11

Adoption is a different process. Wait for your green card and then petition your children.

my husband is a citizen of America and he is the one who want them to come and petitioning them not me

Then the US citizen files form i-130 to petition the children

he must file I-130 for them.
