Adjustment of Staus
My I 130 was approved. Do I need a lawyer to file AOS( F2A)? Need help from anyone who did it before.

you can do it by yourself if you're good with filling papers. do a little research on internet you'll find all information you need.

is there a reason why didn’t you file I130 and AOS (I-485) together?

you can't adjust status as a green card holder......you'd have to get a waiver and go back home......I do immigration paper works, you can contact me @ tevinroberts2016@gmail.com

Tevin Roberts- You can, once your are in the country legally and within status (as long as the six month stamped in passport has not expired)
