adjustment of status with immigration judge
anyone here file their I485 with immigration judge? I received the acknowledgement and even done biometrics but I am not sure what to expect next. I asked my attorney to explain the next step in the process but it’s all silence. anyone going through or have gone through this process? What should I expect next after acknowledgment receipt of payment and processing and biometrics. I already have an approved I130.
