hello friend 🙏🏽 I have a pending 485 through my approval of my 360 (which was approved 04/2024, filed 11/2020.) I sent my 485 03/2024 with medicals to Nebraska but they sent it to Vermont. they said they made a preliminary review and now they will continue their intake process.. I got a receipt date like two weeks later that they received it then like a month later they sent me a transfer notice 😅 it is so heavy to carry this burden day to day and trying to live a regular life 😣 it’s what I am always thinking about 😔

@ Andrea Gomez did you apply for the adjustment of status after you entered the US or you already had it in the system?

@Andrea Gómez we have almost the same timeline. I'm wondering if they would transfer my adjustment of status to Vermont as well since we filed it in Nebraska.🤔

hey I sent my application like July 5th and then later on they send me the received letters. then like 2 days after I received the letters they applied my fingerprint to my i485 still waiting for my AED. cuz they send me one for my vawa but still waiting over a month now whats the next. so I called like a week ago to Uscis and they told me just wait everything looks good just wait between now and January for my residency. 😔

I got approved from vawa like a month ago to since April 2021

@jj S you mean you filed your I485 on July 5th? What office you filed your adjustment of status? I hope we do not need to wait too long.
