adjustment of status for spouse
Hi, I have a question if someone can help? My I-485 is pending for an employment-based green card when I applied for that I was divorced but now I am married I want to file a petition for my husband too. He has a visitor visa can anyone tell me at which stage I can apply for him and how long it will take for the adjustment of status?

As soon as your final action date is current you can file for him. Consult with your lawyer so you know what kind of paperworks are needed
